Procedure

For a thighlift, incisions are carefully positioned in the groin crease or along the inner thigh, depending on the degree of laxity and the area being treated. In both procedures, excess skin and, when needed, localized fat are removed, and the remaining tissue is gently reshaped and secured to create a smoother contour. All incisions are closed with fine sutures to support precise healing and minimize visible scarring.

After Surgery & Recovery

Following surgery, you can expect some swelling, bruising and a feeling of tightness in the treated areas. Compression garments are usually recommended to support the new contours and help reduce swelling. Most patients are able to return to light daily activities within 1–2 weeks, while more strenuous exercise and lifting are gradually reintroduced over several weeks according to your surgeon’s guidance. As the tissues settle and scars mature, the arms and thighs take on a more defined, refined shape.
